Most labs run on paper, WhatsApp and a spreadsheet that only one person understands.
→Results go missing between the bench and the front desk
→A rejected sample is re-run for free and nobody counts it
→You find out about a stockout when a patient is already waiting
→Accreditation week becomes a paper hunt

Any system shows you revenue. Adeva shows you what you're losing.
Rejected specimens, cancelled tests and refunds, priced in naira, trended over time and broken down by reason. So you can see that one collector's rejection rate is costing you ₦180,000 a month, and fix it.
How it works
Built for the audit you haven't had yet.
Two pairs of eyes
The person who enters a result can never approve it. Enforced on the server, and no permission overrides it, not even yours.
Nothing is deleted
Mistakes are voided with a reason and replaced. A rejection keeps its reason forever.
Every action, every actor
Who did what, and when. For the whole life of the record.
Permission, not job title
Tick the capabilities each person needs. One person with six, or six with one.
Multi-branch
One branch or eight. Add a lab in a minute, invite the staff, compare them all from one screen.
No. Adeva runs entirely in the browser, on any device, including the laptops and phones your team already owns. A barcode printer is useful for specimen collection but not required to get started.
What happens to our existing records?
We handle the migration. Bring your patient list, test catalog, and historical results as a CSV or Excel file and we import them before your first day live.
Does it work when the internet drops?
Critical views are cached so staff can look up recent requests offline. New registrations queue locally and sync the moment the connection is back.
Who can see patient data?
Only staff with explicit patient-view permission. Every access is logged with a timestamp and user ID, readable by the lab owner at any time.
How long does setup take?
Most labs are live within three working days: day one for configuration and staff onboarding, day two for supervised dry-run, day three for go-live.
Can we keep our current lab numbering?
Yes. You can set the prefix, starting number, and format during setup. Existing numbers are preserved when you import historical records.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per-lab, per-month and scales with the number of active staff. Book a demo and we will send you a quote the same day.
