A lab is one registered laboratory location that takes in patients and runs tests. You can run as many branches as you like under a single owner — the Console rolls them all up, and staff accounts are always unlimited.
You are only billed for the days a new lab is live. We prorate it to the day, so opening on the 20th costs a third of the month, not the whole one.
Never. Your account moves to read-only and you keep full export access to every patient, result and report. Nothing is deleted while you decide what to do next.
No. Configuration, staff onboarding and your data migration are all included. You pay for the lab, nothing else.
Yes. Paying yearly saves you roughly two months per lab versus paying month to month. Book a demo and we will send you the annual quote the same day.
We migrate them for you. Send your patient list, test catalogue and historical results as CSV or Excel and we import them before your first day live, numbering preserved.
